This week’s White Light Affirmation is to help us get out of our heads and into our hearts. It is so easy to judge ourselves or others when we are operating from the mind. This is because the mind seeks to judge, analyze and evaluate. But it forgets to be compassionate and gentle sometimes. When we are living a heart-centred life, love and compassion comes naturally. We become more gentle, kind and loving. And now more than ever, the world needs more love and compassion.
