I am serene.
This week’s White Light Affirmation is to support us in experiencing more serenity in our lives. Too often, stress or excess stimulations from outside sources can pull us out of our natural and intended state of peace. To be serene means, to live in a state of peace and calm regardless of what is going on around us. We become one and at ease with life instead of at odds with it.
To maximize the benefits of this affirmation, place your hands over your heart chakra and repeat the affirmation 10 times. Take a deep, full breath between each statement.
